Calgary police are looking for a suspect wanted on warrants for theft and assault, with the latest incident being the theft of a poppy donation box from a southeast drugstore.

Investigators say Bobby Joe Miller, 38, is wanted on 11 warrants of theft under $5,000 and one warrant for assault.

Police say that on November 8, at about 2:40 p.m., Miller entered a Shoppers Drug Mart on 18 Street S.E. and allegedly took a poppy box containing an undisclosed amount of money from the store.

He is described as:

  • 186 centimetres
  • slim build
  • black hair
  • brown eyes
