The home in northwest Calgary where the city’s worst mass murders took place earlier this year, has sold.

The property, located at 11 Butler Crescent N.W. in Brentwood, sold for $425,000.

There is no information on who bought the property.

On April 15, Jordan Segura, Josh Hunter, Kaiti Perras, Zackariah Rathwell, and Lawrence Hong were all stabbed to death while attending a house party at the home.

It is Calgary’s worst mass murder in its history.

Matthew de Grood, 22, has been charged with their murders.

A psychological assessment of De Grood was delayed at his last hearing in late August. He is due back in late September.

A preliminary hearing in the case has been set for March 2.
