Police are at the scene of another crash in northeast Calgary involving a CTrain that has forced a huge crowd of riders off the train and onto shuttle buses.
Emergency crews were called to the scene near 36 Street and Marbank Drive N.E. at around 11 a.m.
There is no word on any injuries in the incident.
Calgary Transit says that CTrain service is blocked at Marborough LRT Station for the duration of the police investigation.
Shuttles have been set up to take riders past the incident. Buses are picking up passengers at Franklin Station on the north side, eastbound on Marlborough Drive, and southbound at Rundle Station and 36 Street N.E.
Police remain on scene.
This is the latest crash between a driver and the LRT in Calgary.
The last occurred on December 29, and resulted in a B.C. man suffering minor injuries.
He was driving the wrong way on 1 St. S.E. when he was hit by the LRT at 7 Avenue.
No one on board the train was injured in that crash.
