Calgary-based Suncor reports that there is a shortage of diesel fuel across parts of Western Canada that will affect truckers and farmers who rely on the fuel.
The energy giant says that the shortage is mainly affecting customers at Petro-Pass commercial locations.
A spokesperson says that the shortage began on Monday of this week.
There is no word on how long it is expected to last.
Suncor hasn’t released any information on the cause of the shortage.
