Members of the Lethbridge Fire Department Dive Team have recovered the body of a male from Henderson Lake.
At about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, police and fire crews were called to the northeast shore of the water responding to a call that a man had gone into the lake, but disappeared below the surface.
Crews attempted a search at that time, but they were unable to find anything.
Police dogs were also unable to find any trace of the man along the shoreline.
Thursday morning, the body was retrieved from the lake.
The identity of the deceased has not been released as police are attempting to notify the next of kin.
