Police have laid sex assault charges against a Calgary massage therapist after an incident in November.
On November 21, 2016, police say a 26-year-old woman went to Bare Esthetics and Beauty Equipment on 32nd Avenue N.E. for a prescheduled massage appointment. She told police that during the treatment, the massage therapist sexually assaulted her.
Once the appointment was over, the woman said she was left alone to dress, but when she went into the hallway, the therapist told her that what had happened in the room was to stay between them, and gave her a piece of paper with his name and number on it, telling her to call him. Instead, she called police.
Angel David Tinco Zambrano, 42, has now been charged with sexual assault.
