A Medicine Hat elementary school vice principal facing child pornography charges is back behind bars.
43-year-old Gregory Fritzke was charged in January in an international child porn investigation.
Police picked up him up Thursday for allegedly violating his bail conditions.
He's not allowed any item that gives him access to the Internet.
Officers tell CTV News Fritzke had a cell phone with direct Internet access.
A date for his bail hearing has not been set.
Fritzke is also charged with the alleged sexual assault of a student.
