Randall Hopley, the man accused of kidnapping three year old Kienan Hebert was declared fit to stand trial.
Hopley led police on a wild manhunt between Alberta and B.C. two months ago.
He was neat and tidy, healthier than he was in the past at the time of his capture.
A psychiatric assessment found him fit to stand trial.
Hopley will be back in court on December 19 for a bail hearing.
He is charged with break and enter, kidnapping, and unlawfully enticing three year old Kienan Hebert.
