Four Calgarians have been charged in connection to a cocaine trafficking and manufacturing operation.
On Wednesday, police searched a home in the 1700 block of 47 Street S.E. and another in the 100 block of Hidden Ranch Close N.W.
Inside both homes, officers found a cocaine conversion lab, cocaine, ecstasy, handguns, ammunition and body armour.
"These are all indicators of gang-related activity, organized crime and the ongoing violence we see throughout the city," says Acting Staff Sergeant Gord Eiriksson.
Lisa Nguyen, Eric Thomas Tse, Ryan Park Li, and Stefan Lee have been charged with a total of 36 offences.
