The 26-year-old man accused of murdering a person at a popular Calgary bar will go to trial.
Tyler Lee Nolet is charged with the second-degree murder of 24-year-old Kenny Wong.
Nolet is accused of beating Wong with a toilet bowl lid in Cowboys nightclub on August 23rd.
Wong collapsed in the lobby of the bar and was taken to hospital where he later died from his head injuries.
Nolet will be back in court on February 27th to set a trial date.
