Flurries, cold temperatures in the forecast for Ottawa this Saturday

Winter temperatures return to Ottawa Freezing conditions across eastern Ontario is good news for the Rideau Canal. CTV’s Dylan Dyson has more.

It feels like -20 with the wind chill this Saturday morning in Ottawa.

Environment Canada calls for a high of -10 C and flurries today. A low of -14 C and flurries are expected for tonight.

Sunday will see a high of -12 C and a 30 per cent chance of flurries. A low of -18 C and clear skies are expected for the night.

On Monday, a mix of sun and clouds with a high of -10 C are forecasted. Cloudy skies and a low of -15 C are expected for the night.

The average temperatures for this time of year are a high of -6 C and a low of -15 C.
