On September 30, RCMP was advised a man was stealing supplies from the High River Relief Community of Saddlebrook.
On October 12, High River RCMP managed to arrest a suspect in connection with the thefts.

A search warrant conducted on his home recovered a significant amount of stolen food and miscellaneous food supplies.
Investigators have determined that these items were destined for distribution to flood victims in High River.
Gillingham has seen a Justice of the Peace and has been placed in the Calgary Remand Centre until his first court appearance on October 18.
