An adult female was transported to hospital in critical condition with undisclosed injuries following a Thursday evening incident near a downtown LRT platform.
According to police, emergency crews responded to the Fourth Street LRT station at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Officials have not confirmed how the woman ended up between the train and platform. Several witnesses have been interviewed. The age of the victim has not been released but police state she is an adult.
CTrain service along 7 Avenue was disrupted following the incident and during the subsequent investigation.
