RCMP has arrested four people in connection with a drug bust at a home in Airdrie and Calgary last week.
On June 17, members of the Airdrie Crime Reduction Unit along with Calgary RCMP, Calgary Police and the Calgary Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team obtained search warrants for homes in Airdrie and Calgary in connection with an ongoing drug investigation.
The search warrants were executed that afternoon and resulted in the arrest of four suspects and the seizure of over 200 grams of cocaine, Fentanyl, MDMA, Canadian cash and an assortment of drug paraphernalia.
Andrew Knapp, 31, and Honour Toth, 26, of Calgary, have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. They are expected to appear in Airdrie Provincial Court on July 14.
Karlee Kettner, 28, of Airdrie, has been charged with five offences including possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and trafficking. She is expected to appear in Airdrie Provincial Court on July 7.
Wade Gunoff, 34, of Airdrie, faces ten offences including trafficking, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime and fail to comply with conditions of a recognizance. Gunoff is still in police custody and is scheduled to appear in Airdrie Provincial Court on June 23.
