Some of Canada’s top performers are set to take the stage at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium as part of a nationwide telethon and benefit concert to support Alberta’s Flood Rebuilding Fund.
All proceeds from the August 4 show and telethon donations will go to the Calgary Foundation’s Flood Rebuilding Fund.
Scheduled to appear at the benefit show are:

- A performance by Alberta Ballet’s ‘Love Lies Bleeding’ set to the music of Elton John and Bernie Taupin
- Dean Brody
- George Canyon
- Jim Cuddy
- Carolyn Dawn Johnson
- Michelle Wright
- Heartland’s Shaun Johnston and Graham Wardle
- Actor Graham Greene
- Olympian Kaillie Humphries
Tickets for the concert range from $59 - $69 and all fees and service charges have been waived.
The benefit show will air live across the country on the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network.
