One year after his arrest, a Calgary murder suspect has been released from jail.
Nicholas Rasberry is out on bail – he is charged with second degree murder.
Rasberry is accused of stabbing his neighbour Craig Kelloway to death in May, 2013.
Rasberry is awaiting trail and was previously denied bail.
He was released today, but he is under house arrest with strict conditions until his trial begins.
The victim, 31-year-old Craig Kelloway, had just moved to the southeast community of Auburn Bay with his girlfriend and new baby.
