Calgary police have taken a man, wanted on several warrants, into custody after he was arrested outside a northwest apartment building.
The Tactical Unit arrested Michael George Delday, 24, in the 4400 block of 4 St. N.W. on Thursday, March 7 at about 5:00 p.m.
Delday was arrested on four outstanding warrants for house break and enter, assault, criminal harassment and uttering threats.
Police executed a search warrant following the arrest and also charged Delday with several weapons related offences including unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of body armour without a valid permit.
Police say another man was also arrested outside the residence.
Kai Errol Horst Keller, 20, of Calgary, is charged with failing to comply with a probation order and several-weapons-related offences including unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of body armour without a valid permit.
As a result of the investigation, a woman was also arrested last Friday.
Emily Yunen Yen Fu, 22, of Calgary, is charged with several weapons related offences including unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of body armour without a valid permit.
All three made their first court appearance on Monday morning.
Delday and Keller were remanded into custody and Fu was released on bail.
