2 people shot in Saddle Ridge, Calgary police say
Two people are in hospital in serious condition after they were shot inside a vehicle in Saddle Ridge in the early morning hours of Oct. 8, 2024.
Calgary police are investigating after several shots were fired in the northeast community of Saddle Ridge Tuesday morning.
At about 5:45 a.m., police and EMS were called to a scene on Saddle Lake Green N.E.
Two people were found with gunshot wounds and both were taken to hospital in critical condition.

One of the neigbours in the area that spoke to CTV News said they heard between five and six shots, followed by someone screaming.
A security camera outside their home showed a man running up to a truck and firing several shots at the people inside.
It then showed the man running to a black car, getting in and driving away.
Police have not released any details about the incident, but say the investigation is ongoing.
