The Calgary Police Service is asking for public assistance in identifying the culprit in an armed robbery of a convenience store in the northeast community of Temple.
At approximately 6:15 a.m. on December 10, 2013, a man entered the 7-11 store located at 3304 64 St. N.E. armed with a shotgun. Store employees complied with the suspect’s demands.
The suspect is described as:
- Approximately 168 - 173 cm (5’6” – 5’8”) tall
- Having a slim build
At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a dark coloured hoodie with the word Ecko on the front and a ski mask.
The suspect fled the scene in a silver Pontiac Sunfire sedan. The Sunfire had small dents on both front quarter panels and the car’s front tires were equipped with wheel covers.
