Calgary police are cautioning women to avoid a man who was recently charged with aggravated sexual assault.
Police have charged John Joseph McNamara, 41, of Calgary with aggravated sexual assault and failure to comply.
They say he is active on local internet dating sites and that women should not become involved with him.
Police are also cautioning women to avoid engaging in unprotected sexual activity with McNamara.
He has been charged previously with sexual assault and police say he never informed his partners that he is HIV positive.
McNamara was arrested on Tuesday and appeared in court on the charges on Wednesday.
