RCMP believe 41-year-old Robert David Nelson of Okotoks suffered fatal injuries in an ATV rollover on Friday morning.
At approximately 6:00 a.m. Friday, RCMP officers responded to 378 Avenue after witnesses discovered the body of Robert Nelson on the ground next to an idling ATV. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Nelson was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. It is believed Nelson was riding to a neighbour's home to check for flood damage.
