A two vehicle collision at the intersection of 130 Ave. and 52 St. S.E. resulted in one toppled SUV and both drivers being transported to hospital by ambulance as a precautionary measure.
Shortly after 3:00 p.m., a Honda Accord struck a Nissan Murano, overturning the SUV.
The two drivers were the only occupants of their respective vehicles.
According to EMS, the driver of the Honda, a woman in her mid-fifties, and the driver of the Nissan, a woman in her mid-forties, were transported to hospital in stable, non-life threatening condition.
Police are investigating the crash. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor.
