The 101st Calgary Stampede is now in the books and the grand total on attendance for the ten day event once again surpassed one million people.
On the last day of Stampede, more that 123,000 people went through the turnstiles, passing the attendance on the same day last year.
In 2012, just over 110,000 people visited the grounds.
Sunday's turnout was the only time this year where attendance surpassed the amount set during the Stampede centennial.
2013's attendance has come in 1,133,050, about 300,000 short of 2012.
The Calgary Stampede will be meeting with the media later this morning to give the official breakdown on this year's event.
