On the day of the memorial service for twin brothers Evan and Jordan, the Caldwell family announced the establishment of the Caldwell Fund to assist those injured in Saturday morning’s crash on the sliding track at Canada Olympic Park.
“The Caldwell family wants to express their deepest gratitude for the outpouring of support and love from the Calgary community and across the country,” said the family in a prepared statement distributed by the Calgary Police Service media unit.
The Caldwell Fund was created after members of the community expressed a desire to support the young men as they recover from their injuries.
