Nation holds election for chief and council

Residents of the Tsuu T'ina Nation are going to the polls on Monday to elect a new band council.

Voting is from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Chief Joseph Big Plume Building.

There is the potential for several new faces on the Tsuu T'ina council of 13 representatives.

The votes will be counted and the results revealed right after the polls close on Monday night.
