It’s back!
The Enmax osprey camera is running again. It was taken off the air by last year’s flood.
The live shot from the camera shows the osprey nest.
The camera is mounted on a platform on the east end of St. George’s Island near the zoo.
It’s been home to a nesting osprey for over 18 years.
The platform is one of 12 osprey platforms around Calgary that ENMAX Power Corporation has installed.
The platforms are part of the Osprey and Avian Nest Management program.
