Calgary police say the vehicle sought in connection with the city’s latest homicide has been found.

Investigators have not released any information on where it was found or if any arrests were made as a result.

The vehicle, a light-green 2001 Ford Expedition, was being driven by the victim, 24-year-old Tyler Sanderson, on the night he was attacked and left for dead.

Sanderson was found in Marlborough Park on Sunday night and was taken to hospital where he later died.

Police say the attack was not random and they are asking anyone with information about the incident to call them at 403-266-1234, or the Homicide Unit Tip Line at 403-428-8877.
