A Lethbridge man who failed to return to a forensic psychiatric facility in B.C. is wanted by police for being unlawfully at large and may be in the southern Alberta area.
Coquitlam RCMP have asked for help from the Lethbridge Police Service to locate 38-year-old David Fomradas and say he may be in Lethbridge or headed that way.
Fomradas was reported missing from a Forensic Psychiatric Hospital in Coquitlam, BC on February 10.
Fomradas is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 180 cm or 5'11" tall
- 71 Kg or 156 lbs
- Blue eyes
- Long light brown hair
- Moustache and beard
He was last seen wearing:
- Dark grey pants
- Brown sweater
- Black jacket
Police say he has the potential for violence when not taking his medication and should not be approached if he is spotted.
