The Sylvan Lake RCMP detachment has identified the suspect in the September 16 armed robbery of a local Booster Juice store and are warning the public to avoid the man considered armed and dangerous.

30-year-old Kevin Gray Taylor, of no fixed address, is alleged to have entered the Sylvan Lake Booster Juice on 47 Ave brandishing a large knife. The suspect proceeded to rob the store.

RCMP officers have identified the suspect as Kevin Taylor and an arrest warrant was issued on September 25.

Taylor is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • Approximately 178 cm (5’10”) tall
  • Weighing 91 kg (200 lbs)
  • Brown hair
  • Blue eyes

Taylor has been charged with:

  • Robbery with an offensive weapon (knife)
  • Uttering threats to cause bodily harm
  • Wearing a disguise with intent to commit an offence

Police believe Taylor is currently in possession of a black, 2000 Chevrolet Impala sedan, with Manitoba licence plates HAC 387. The car is missing a window on the driver’s side.

Taylor is considered armed and dangerous. Members of the public are encouraged to avoid contact with the suspect.

Taylor is known to travel between Alberta and Manitoba.
