Calgary police are investigating a Friday night robbery of the McCall Lake Shell gas station during which an employee was confronted by a man brandishing a knife.
At approximately 8:15 p.m., two men entered the store in the 1500 block of 32 Avenue Northeast brandishing a knife. The suspects demanded cash and cigarettes and the cashier complied. The two men left the business without incident and no injuries have been reported.
The first suspect is described as:
- A white male
- Believed to be in his mid-twenties
- Approximately 170 cm (5’7”) tall
- Having a slim build
- Wearing a black hoodie and a red toque
The second suspect is described as:
- A black male
- Believed to be in his thirties
- Approximately 183 cm (6’) tall
- Having a medium build
- Wearing a dark hoodie and jeans
Investigators have not confirmed if the suspects left the scene in a vehicle.
