A woman accused in the shooting death of her husband is getting out of jail.

Heather Wilson Duncan, 60, has been granted bail.

Duncan is charged with second degree murder in the death Barry Duncan, 68.

It happened in December at a home just west of Didsbury.

Police say the woman called 911 and said she'd just shot her husband.

The phone call transcript was read in court.

Duncan says she and her husband were fighting and at one point he went into the basement and came up with a weapon.

She told the operator he said 'if you're that angry with me, shoot me'.

When officers arrived they found the man dead inside the home.
