A city committee wants to make changes to the snow route parking ban policy and will forward its recommendations to council for consideration.
Currently, a Snow Route parking ban can be called when about five centimeters or more of snow has accumulated on city streets.
The committee wants to change that and have the transportation manager make the call.
The motion will be debated by council next Monday, which is the final session before October’s civic election.
