Province reveals new marketing campaign
The Alberta government unveiled a new logo and slogan for the province Wednesday.
The new logo has a handwritten look and the slogan reads, "Freedom To Create... Spirit To Achieve."
The new plan will cost $25 million over three years, which includes a TV, radio and print plan as well as changes to all provincial letterhead, vehicles and signage.
The aim of the campaign is to boost the province's image and over the last year, there have been focus groups in Canada and the U.S. to determine the look of the campaign and wording of the slogan.
