The victim of a kidnapping and sexual assault has spoken about her ordeal.
She says on Monday afternoon she was in the back room of the business she worked at. She opened the door and a man came out of nowhere and pointed a gun at her.
The man forced the woman to come with him. He then carjacked a truck with the male driver still inside. The three then drove around the community for four hours and the woman says she was sexually assaulted several times throughout the ordeal. Eventually the two victims were released.
Two days after the attack, the female victim says she is more terrified now than at the time of the attack. She also says she would like an opportunity the thank the male victim. "I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for him I would have been in a lot more trouble," she says.
Police say the suspect did not know either of the victims.
The suspect is still on the loose and police are asking for any help trying to track him down. Police believe he goes by the name of Mike or Angel. He has dark skin and is between 183 cm and 193 cm (6' and 6'4") tall. He has a muscular build, is bald with short black hair on the sides and has a scar on top of his head.
