There are still delays on Glenmore Trail in southeast Calgary as crews are working to repair a water main that was damaged during construction work.
The westbound lanes on Glenmore Trail S.E., east of Ogden Road, are closed for the repairs. As a result, the eastbound lanes of the route have been converted into two-way traffic so drivers unaware of the issue can get through.
They’re expected to stay closed through Friday morning’s commute.
Officials say the water main was damaged during some unrelated construction work being done earlier in the week.
It's unclear when Glenmore will be fully reopened.
