An Alberta couple who were caught in a medical nightmare in South America are now back home.
Lihsuan Law and Peter Ingram are back in Calgary thanks to a generous outpouring of support and love from friends, family and complete strangers.
The newlyweds were honeymooning in Colombia in November when Lihsuan suffered a massive brain hemorrhage.
An online campaign was launched and raised more than $125,000 to help bring her home for treatment.
Lihsuan is now recovering in hospital in Calgary.
