Calgary police are investigating Sunday morning gunshots in the community of Marlborough Park which left bullet holes in the exterior walls of a residence and a detached garage.

At approximately 6:30 a.m., police responded to a home on Manora Hill N.E. following reports of an attempted break and enter into a garage. A short time later, the person who callled 911 reported the sound sound of gunshots and witnessed a white truck fleeing the area.

Officers discovered several bullets had struck a home and garage. Several people were inside the home at the time of the gunshots, but no one was injured in the incident.

According to police, two or three people are believed to be responsible for the attempted break-in and gunshots. Several witnesses are not cooperating with investigators
