1 man hospitalized after being shot in leg near Calgary’s Drop-In Centre
One man was taken to hospital after a shooting downtown Saturday night.
Around 7:30 p.m., police responded to reports of gunshots being fired under the Reconciliation Bridge near the Drop-In Centre.
One man was located suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported to hospital in stable condition.
Officers appeared to be looking for evidence in a nearby gas station parking lot, off 4 Street N.E. and Memorial Drive.
No one has been taken into custody.
