A new survey has named the best and worst home builders in Calgary.
The survey was done by J.D. Power and Associates and asked new home buyers to evaluate their builders in eight areas on a 1,000 point scale. All the builders who delivered at least 100 new home to Calgarians from July 2007 to 2008 were included in the survey.
Nuvista Homes got top marks in Calgary with a score of 786 out of 1,000.
Innovations by Jayman came in second with a score of 731.
Third place was Baywest Homes which scored 704.
Jager Home came in at the bottom of the list with a score of 463.
Landmark Homes came in second last with a score of 521
Trico Developments came in third last with a score of 554.
