A 66 year old man has been charged after a fatal pedestrian collision.
At about 9:45 Sunday evening, a 2006 GMC Sierra pick-up truck traveling east on 17 Avenue S.E. hit and killed a man who was crossing the street at 52 Avenue S.E.
The pedestrian was thrown approximately 20 metres and was pronounced dead at the scene.
66 year old William Edward Grimm has been charged with impaired driving causing death and impaired driving over .08 causing death.
