Police are investigating a Friday evening assault which left one man badly injured.
Shortly before midnight, a man, suffering from multiple wounds, was found on a bench in the 3800 block of Memorial Drive, near Marlborough Mall. Police responded to the scene and found a trail of blood which stretched for several blocks.
The victim, an adult male, was transported to hospital by EMS in potentially life threatening condition.
