Four people were injured when the truck they were in rolled in a field northeast of Calgary on Sunday night.

Emergency crews were called to a field near Range Road 285, east of Airdrie, at about 6:00 p.m. and say the driver of a truck lost control of the vehicle and rolled it.

Four people from Calgary were in the vehicle at the time and all were taken to hospital.

A 19-year-old passenger was airlifted by STARS in serious life threatening condition and the other three were transported with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash.
