A southwest property has sold for more than $10 million and is the highest priced property ever sold in the city.

The 14,000 square foot home, in Aspen Woods, looks like a French castle and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, four half baths and yoga studio.

The luxurious home also has a separate carriage house, several fire places, wine room, games room and a five car garage.

The home was built by Pacer Signature Homes and was originally listed by Sotheby’s at $11.495 million.
