Calgary police have blocked off an area in the community of Mission.
They’re dealing with what appears to be a bank robbery in the area of 4 Street and 23 Avenue S.W., which happened just after 5:00 p.m.
Three people have been taking into custody, but the situation is still unfolding and the public is being asked to stay away from the area for safety reasons.
Staff at a neighbouring restaurant have been told to stay away from the windows.
