Two men have been charged in connection with the death of Timothy Voytilla in April of this year.
Voytilla, 44, was found by a member of the public in the Tuxedo Park area and was brought to the Peter Lougheed Centre on April 30 with life threatening injuries. He later died in hospital.
Investigators learned that Voytilla had been injured near the intersection of 29 Avenue and 2 Street N.E.
Mohamad Rafih, 22, and Syed Muhammad Uzair, 22, both of Calgary, were arrested on November 16.
Rafih is charged with first-degree murder and Uzair is charged with manslaughter and accessory after the fact to murder.
