Two Calgary brothers, accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl late last year are expected in court Friday for a bail hearing.
Corey and Cody Manyshots were charged in November 2014 after a teenage girl reported to police that she was taken from a bus stop in the northeast community of Taradale.
The victim says she was assaulted in a nearby alleyway and then taken to a home in Martindale where she was repeatedly sexually assaulted for hours.
She managed to escape the home on her own, returning home to her family, who called the police immediately.
Both men were scheduled to have a bail hearing earlier this month, but the proceedings were delayed because they were still trying to secure a lawyer.
They are charged with sexual assault, assault causing bodily harm, and kidnapping in the attack.
