Convicted torturer Dustin Paxton has been ordered to undergo a 60 day psychiatric assessment.
Paxton was found guilty of aggravated assault and sexual assault in February 2012.
During his trial, court heard from over 40 witnesses over four months of testimony.
Paxton will be evaluated for the next two months to determine if he meets the criteria to be declared either a dangerous offender or a long term offender.
If he is declared a dangerous offender, he could be locked up indefinitely
