Calgary Police are hoping you can help them find a jewel thief.
A large lumber of precious stones valued at more than $200,000 were stolen from a parked car in the 100 block of 14th Street Northwest on September 2nd.
The owner had left the jewels unattended in her vehicle.
Police were called at about 1:45 PM after she noticed her vehicle had been broken into and the jewels taken.
Police are looking for witnesses that may have been in the area at the time of the car prowling or anyone who may have seen the gemstones. If you know anything about this crime you are urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477)
