A radiothon is being held at Golden Acre Garden Sentre to help raise money for Mary Dover House.
The event is part of CTV Calgary, Energy 101.5 and Golden Acre Garden Sentre's Give the Gift of Safety campaign.
From 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, donations will be accepted by phone or in person at Golden Acre.
All the money raised will go towards Mary Dover House which offers a safe place to stay for women and children fleeing domestic violence.
