Family and friends of Christa Cachene will gather to remember the young mother with a vigil Sunday night at 6p.m. in Olympic Plaza.
Her father and son found her body inside a home on Ranchlands Bay Northwest on Sunday, October 11.
Police say she was viciously beaten following a party at the home.
An arrest warrant was issued for 18 year old Isaiah Riel Rider.
Police believe he attended the party.
Rider was arrested Friday morning on the Maskwacis First Nation.
